Appearances are not guaranteed, and tickets grant event admission only, with no refunds based on any athlete’s absence.

2. Prohibition on Resale and Commercial Activity

The resale, auction, trade, or offering for sale of any item signed at this event, whether online (including but not limited to eBay or social media marketplaces), through physical retail, private transactions, or otherwise, is strictly prohibited.
3. Professional Memorabilia Dealers

Individuals identified as professional memorabilia dealers, those acting on their behalf, or those reasonably suspected of attending with the intent to resell signed items for commercial gain will be denied entry or immediately removed from the premises without refund or compensation.
4. Right to Limit and Refuse

Event organizers reserve the absolute right to:

Limit the number of items signed per attendee.

Refuse service to any individual at their sole discretion.

Remove any individual from the event for any behavior deemed inappropriate or in violation of these terms.

5. Non-Transferable Items

Any autograph tickets, vouchers, or wristbands issued are non-transferable and may not be sold, traded, or gifted without prior written consent from the event organizers.
6. Consent to Enforcement

Your attendance constitutes your consent to these conditions and your agreement that any violation may result in immediate ejection from the event, forfeiture of any purchased items, and potential legal action for damages or injunctive relief.
7. No Liability for Loss or Damage

Event organizers and venue assume no responsibility for lost, stolen, or damaged items brought to or obtained at the event.
