Yoga 4 Cancer February 2026

This session will open for registration once the previous one has completed.

  • Both diagnosis and treatment of cancer have physical and psychological impacts. Yoga4Cancer is a researched methodology designed specifically for cancer patients and survivors at all stages.  

  • Classes were developed to assist cancer survivors manage treatment side effects and enhance cancer recovery. Our live, online classes are led by certified Y4C instructors and are open to new or practiced attendees.

Each class is one hour and is designed for cancer patients or survivors - whether new to Y4C or a previous attendee. Class size is limited to 8 participants.

Participants are encouraged to join the class 15 minutes before the start time to talk with the instructor, chat with other participants or get set-up for class. Class begins promptly at the scheduled time.
