Yoga 4 Cancer 4.2024 Wk2

Each class is one hour and is designed for cancer patients or survivors - whether new to Y4C or a previous attendee. Class size is limited to 8 participants.

Participants are encouraged to join the class 15 minutes before the start time to talk with the instructor, chat with other participants or get set-up for class. Class begins promptly at the scheduled time.
