About this Member Appreciation Program

Healthy waterways start on the land!

How we care for the land near waterways has tremendous impact on the quality of our water. Using the example of an existing agricultural buffer zone, we'll talk about how to plant to reduce nutrient loading and runoff--on a farm and at our homes.

Executive Director Ross Moran will lead this walk.

  • Park and meet down the laneway at 1541 Main Road--look for the WLCT sign and orange cones
  • Wear sturdy, waterproof footwear and be prepared to get muddy!
