Astrophotography Workshop

This beginner and up friendly class will teach participants all the things they need to know to confidently take nighttime photographs of the stars. We will spend the first hour indoors discussing camera settings for the best exposure, equipment, composition and post capture editing (with a focus on realism) before heading outside and spreading out to take our own photos. Kerry will be present throughout to answer questions and will “rove” during the shooting session to help individually.

Note- a mirrorless or DSLR style camera and tripod are necessary for this workshop. If you don’t have a tripod, a loaner may be available if you reach out in advance to reserve one. This workshop is NOT aimed at cell phone photography.
