About This Event
Our annual indoor Ministry Expo is the only one of its kind in Connecticut!
All of us have been to consumer or business-to-business trade shows, where attendees become acquainted with many different resources, exhibitors can showcase their products and services, and attendees can meet and talk with representatives of exhibitor organizations in-person. The relationship-building and synergies are awesome!
That’s exactly what our unique Ministry Expo is: a ballroom filled with a diverse mix of about 40 in-state 501c3 non-profit, non-commercial ministries, complete with gentle “live” instrumental music and an appetizer buffet. It’s held during our annual Gala.
Display hours are 4:30—6:15 pm and 9:00—9:15 pm, so you have two hours of prime time exposure with hundreds of attendees! (Please, no “sales” allowed.)
This Expo fills up each year! Space is filled on a first-come, first-served basis, so apply today!
Your Ministry Expo package, priced at just $250, includes:
- a draped 8’ table
- two chairs
- two Gala dinner tickets valued at $95 each.
That’s a bargain! Your organization’s logo will be featured on the back cover of the official program placed at each table setting, our emcee will mention you, and a big easel sign will let attendees know where your display is located.
*We prescreen all applications and reserve the right to decline your registration. If you do not hear from us within 5-7 business days, you can assume that you have been approved. If declined, you will be promptly reimbursed.
