8:45 – 9:15 AM | Check-In & Arrival

  • Camper check-in – USA Card Required

9:15 – 11:15 AM | Session I – Technique, Drill, & Live / Spar

  • Dynamic warm-up & movement

  • Technique & Drill Neutral Position 

  • Hand Fighting & Tie-Up Knowledge

  • Offense- Leg penetration & Finishes

  • Counter Offense- Prevention & On leg defense

  • Spar / Live Positions

11:15 – 12:15 PM | Shower / Lunch Break

  • Campers bring lunch

  • Coaches available for informal conversation

  • Optional facility tour

12:00 PM – 2:00 PM | Session II – Technique, Drill, & Live Wrestling

  • Dynamic warm-up & movement

  • Technique & Drill Top & Bottom

  • Match-specific positions

  • Matches or Situational Wrestling

2:00 – 2:30 PM | Shower & Rehydrate

2:30 – 3:00 PM | Head Coach Presentation

3:15 – 4:15 PM | Session III – Strength & Conditioning

  • Injury-prevention concepts

  • Q&A on training year-round

4:30 – 5:00 PM | Closing Remarks & Campus Tour
