Karin Freeland is a Women’s Life Coach, dedicated to helping professionals break free fromthe golden handcuffs and pivot into a purpose-driven career and life they truly love. She’s the host of the Rock Your Reinvention podcast and a recurring guest expert on FOX Carolina’s Monthly Mindset segment, where she shares actionable insights on confidence, career transitions, and cultivating a growth mindset. An award-winning author, Karin’s latest book, Grab Life by the Dreams, empowers women to get unstuck, redefine success, and step boldly into their uniquepurpose. 

With over 20 years of corporate leadership experience, Karin climbed the ranks to marketing executive roles at Fortune 500 companies, including serving as Chief of Staff at Verizon. She has thrived in male-dominated industries, battled burnout, and balanced the demands of corporate life and motherhood—all of which fuel her passion for helping others navigate their own career reinvention.

Karin’s expertise has earned numerous accolades, including being named one of the Top Coaches to Look Out For In 2021 by Entrepreneur Herald, SC Women in Business (2024), and SC Best in Business in the Professional Coaching/Mentor category (2024).

Outside of work, Karin is passionate about giving back to the community and volunteers for organizations like Junior League of Greenville and Switch. She’s also a proud wife, lacrosse mom to two boys, and a devoted dog mom.

Following the luncheon, there will be a VIP Dessert Reception that will take place in the rooftop garden of The Upper Room, overlooking downtown Greenville. Guests can enjoy a selection of desserts and a signature cocktail while taking part in an exclusive prize drawing, with the opportunity to purchase additional entries for more chances to win.
