Women of the Land: From the Ground up

Women of the Land is a program designed to encourage women to become active land managers and conservationists. It emphasizes skill-based outdoor recreation, learning by doing, and forging relationships with both conservation professionals and peers. Participants will have the opportunity to tour the Harrion Long Point property owned by the James B. Harrison Foundation.

Topics include: Small Acreage and Backyard Wildscapes, Prescribed Fire as a Land Management Tool, Heavy Machinery Demonstration, Plant ID and Management, and more!

Spots are limited and will fill up quickly so be sure to register early.

Registration Cost: $40 for one or $70 for two.

Registration cost includes lunch and snacks/refreshments.
