NH Navigator is an initiative of the Foundation for Healthy Communities, a non-profit organization that engages in innovative partnerships to improve health and health care in New Hampshire by addressing quality of care, access to care and community prevention.

Their mission: To offer free and unbiased navigation services to people in New Hampshire looking to obtain health insurance coverage. Navigators assist people with options through Medicaid and the ACA Federal Marketplace.

NH Navigator plays an essential role in assisting and enrolling New Hampshire residents into the state's public health insurance options, including NH Medicaid programs and ACA Federal Marketplace plans. They provide free and unbiased essential support by helping diverse individuals and families, especially underserved populations, understand their choices, enroll in the right plans, access subsidies, and ultimately access the care they deserve.
