Mother's Day Twilight Hike

Celebrate Mother’s Day with a peaceful and enchanting evening hike at Cedar Run Wildlife Refuge. As the sun sets and the world transitions to night, join us for a guided walk through the tranquil trails of the refuge. Experience the beauty of dusk as we listen for the sounds of nocturnal wildlife, from hooting owls to rustling creatures emerging for the night.

This gentle, family-friendly hike (for adventurers aged 8 and up) offers a unique way to honor the special mothers in our lives while immersing in the wonders of nature. Wear comfortable shoes and dress for the weather. Whether you’re looking for a serene bonding experience or simply a relaxing way to end the day, this twilight adventure will create lasting memories. Come explore, connect, and celebrate the beauty of motherhood in the glow of the setting sun!

This program begins at 7:00pm and runs 1hr+ depending on our findings, not to exceed 90 minutes. Ages 8+ please. $15/adult, $10/child. Members save 10%! 20 participants maximum. Advanced registration required.
