Ronni Hochman; Inner Voice Health & Life Coach

(508) 358-3001

As a Certified Transitional Life Coach*, I understand the complexity of acceptance especially when facing family illness, loss, or grief. Acceptance is not about giving up; it’s about learning how to meet life’s challenges in a way that allows us to find strength, peace, and resilience. This speaker/workshop focuses on navigating loss and grief while introducing a bold and hopeful message about the power of mental fitness.

Mental fitness is the practice of strengthening the mind so that, over time, what once felt overwhelming becomes more manageable. There is no magic solution and no instant fix but there is a commitment we can make to ourselves. With the right tools and mindset, that commitment can create lasting support long after the workshop ends. This speaker/workshop is designed to open a gateway to possibility during times that may feel impossible. I look forward to sharing my insights—and just as importantly, creating space to listen to yours.

Ronni Hochman is a Certified Health and Life Coach whose lifelong passion is helping people navigate life’s transitions and live happier, more meaningful lives
