Drinks, lunch, and dinner will be provided.

Proceeds will directly benefit Sportable’s mission to make sports accessible and inclusive throughout the greater Richmond area.

About Wayne Samford

Wayne’s passion for athletics included 30 years of Divisions I and III college basketball officiating as well as a longtime referee for the local high school basketball games. Wayne also included in his career working with the NCAA, NIT, ODAC and the Maui Classic Tournament. He was the Supervisor of the Officials for the Dixie and US South Athletic Conference and was an avid softball player for 50 years. He coached little league baseball and was inducted in the Central Virginia ASA Hall of Fame in 1994.
