At The Arc of Essex County, we’re helping adults build the skills, confidence, and resources they need to pursue meaningful employment and greater independence.

Through our Jobs Club, participants explore career interests and strengthen workplace skills. For those with dreams of working for themselves, entrepreneur mini grants provide funding to help turn talents and ideas into real opportunities. And because making a strong first impression can make all the difference, our interview clothing initiative helps job seekers feel prepared, professional, and confident when they meet a potential employer.
