Tuesday, 6:30 – 8:00 PM ET: Feb. 24, Mar. 10, 17, 24, 31, Apr. 14, 21, 28, May 5, 12
Course Goals: This course is a continuation of Beginner II and is designed to deepen students’ skills in comprehension, reading, writing, speaking, and grammar. Learners will build upon what they’ve already acquired and move toward greater confidence and fluency in Yiddish.
Course Tools: We will cover Units 10–12 of Colloquial Yiddish by Lily Kahn, complemented by supplementary reading and listening materials provided by the instructor. The textbook can be purchased here; audio files, here.
Additional Info: This course is intended for students who have completed Beginner III or have equivalent knowledge of Yiddish and the Yiddish alphabet.
