Since 1894, the Freehold Family YMCA has been more than just a gym. It has been a place where individuals and families of all ages, backgrounds, and abilities can grow, connect, and thrive. This special evening will also highlight the YMCA’s ongoing work to build a stronger, healthier community.
From fitness and swim lessons to mental well being and lifelong learning, the YMCA provides opportunities for everyone, from preschoolers to seniors. At the Y, we do not just strengthen bodies and minds, we strengthen entire communities.
