The Red Bank Family YMCA is proud to recognize Dr. Jared J. Rumage, Superintendent of Red Bank Borough Public Schools, with the Red Triangle Award for his visionary leadership and unwavering dedication to the children and families of Red Bank.
Since 2014, Dr. Rumage has transformed the district through a people-first, servant leadership approach—fostering academic excellence, strengthening community partnerships, and creating a school climate where students and educators alike are inspired to thrive. His leadership during times of challenge and change has elevated the district and deepened its impact, all while championing a culture of growth, opportunity and social responsibility.
