The Young Leaders Lab is an engaging, hands-on leadership experience designed for students in grades 3-5 who are ready to discover their strengths, build confidence, and develop the skills to make a positive difference at school, at home, and in their community.
Through interactive games, creative challenges, STEM-inspired activities, and outdoor exploration, students will discover that leadership isn't about being the loudest voice in the room—it's about learning, listening, solving problems, working with others, and having the courage to grow.
Every session is filled with movement, discussion, teamwork, and fun while reinforcing practical leadership skills that students can immediately apply in everyday life.
