Celebrate Our Students' Success!
Join us for a night of inspiration at the Young Reader of the Year Awards! We're excited to recognize the incredible achievements of the 4 outstanding students who have made big strides in their reading over the past school year. Celebrate with us as our AmeriCorps tutors recognize the achievements of our 4 outstanding award recipients.
We’ll have heavy hors d’oeuvres and an open bar. Dress however you’d like – from festive to fancy!
This celebration brings together supporters of Joyful Readers, including educators, school leaders, corporate champions, and all the people working to make children’s lives better throughout Philadelphia. Guests will have the opportunity to meet our cohort of dedicated tutors while learning more about our research-driven approach that shapes our reading program.
Tickets are free, but a donation helps show your support of our literacy efforts throughout Philadelphia. Please consider making a gift to ensure Joyful Readers can continue to support ensure that Philadelphia students become confident and successful Readers.
