Our fall 2024 family short season league, for kids in grades K-8 and their parents, will run for 4 Sundays starting October 27th at 2:00pm at Fair Oaks Lanes.
Our family league gives parents a chance to bowl along side of their kids. Each team of 4 will consist of 2 kids in grades K-8 and 2 parents/guardians. Team members may, but don't have to all be from the same family. You can pair up with a family friend to form your team of 4, or we can put you together with another twosome. While we would like to have each pair on a team be the same people each week, if an adult is unavailable a week and needs to substitute with another adult, that will be permitted. Switching out kids, however, will not be permitted.
Since this is a short "for fun" session, we will take a vote from all players at the start of week 1 if everyone wants to play no-tap games, where if you roll an 8 or a 9 it counts as a strike.
Bumpers may be used for our family league. Kids must be able to get the ball all the way down the lane on their own without the use of a ramp.
The cost for the 4 week season is $175 per aduld/child pair, with an early registration discount of $15 if you register by 10/18/2024. A discounted weekly $2 shoe rental fee is not included in this cost. $8 cash will be collected by the bowling center from each player on the first day of the league to cover the entire session if a player does not own their own bowling shoes.
P.S.- When you're processing your registration, we would suggest that you create an acccount on our new registration system when prompted. This way you don't have to reenter all your information each time you sign up for one of PYCC's events, plus you can see your history.
