• Equip rangers with vital resources such as field kits, rations, radio comms and boots!
• Support the critical efforts of our officers in the field, who work hard with communities to reach wildlife conflict resolutions.

• Pay for eyes-in-the-sky aviation fuel – light aircraft flown by volunteers to monitor and provide important insights and information on the areas we protect, in terms of animal populations and movements, illegal tree cutting or poaching activity, etc.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. Eligibility & Entry
   • Entry into the raffle is automatic upon purchase of one (1) ZEF Elephant Encounters: Win a Luxury Safari raffle ticket at a cost of US $100 per ticket.
   • There is no limit to the number of tickets an individual may purchase.
   • Entry is open worldwide. Entrants must be aged 18 or over.
2. The Prize
   • The prize is a luxury safari for two people travelling together, for fixed travel dates only: 08 May 2026 – 16 May 2026.
   • The safari begins and ends in Harare, Zimbabwe. The full prize itinerary is outlined below.
   • The prize is valid only for the dates stated and cannot be postponed or rebooked for alternative dates.
3. Inclusions

   • International return flights for two people from JFK Airport, New York, USA to Harare, Zimbabwe with Qatar Airways are included, or the equivalent value of flights from any other destination, with any fare difference to be covered by the winners.

   • All accommodation, internal flights and transfers, meals, and safari activities are provided as per the confirmed itinerary.

   • The itinerary includes:

• 1 night Highlands House (Harare)
• 2 nights Palm River Hotel (Victoria Falls)
• 2 nights Fothergill Island Lodge (Lake Kariba)
• 3 nights Mana River Camp (Mana Pools National Park)
• Internal flights and transfers by Fastjet, Mack Air, Hersov Tours, and Machaba Safaris as outlined in the itinerary.

1. Exclusions
   • Travel to and from your home destination, visas, travel insurance, health requirements (e.g. vaccinations), tips, personal expenses, optional excursions, and any items not expressly stated as included.
   • Any additional costs arising from unforeseen circumstances (such as international fuel surcharges or government taxes) will be the responsibility of the winner.
2. Draw & Notification
   • The raffle closes at midnight (EDT) on Friday, 30 January 2026.
   • The winning ticket will be drawn at random on Saturday, 31 January 2026
   • The winner will be contacted directly by Zambezi Elephant Fund using the details provided at entry.
3. Prize Conditions
   • The prize is as stated; no cash or alternative arrangements will be offered.

   • The prize is transferable. If the winners cannot travel on the set departure dates, they may nominate two replacement travellers by written notice to Zambezi Elephant Fund.

   • Booking changes or cancellations after confirmation may incur charges, which are the responsibility of the winners.
4. General
   • By entering, participants agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
   • Zambezi Elephant Fund reserves the right to cancel or amend the promotion due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
   • No correspondence will be entered into regarding the draw or prize allocation.
   • Participation in the raffle constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
5. Use of Funds
   • All proceeds from this raffle will support the conservation work of the Zambezi Elephant Fund and its partners.
