BDAI 75th Anniversary Diamond Jubilee Gala

This year, BDAI is celebrating 75 years of serving the Illinois bleeding disorders community. The 75th Anniversary Diamond Jubilee is your chance to make a difference for children and adults with bleeding disorders. Donations recieved will help support those with bleeding disorders across the state.  Thank you in advance for your generous donation.

The 75th Anniversary Diamond Jubilee details:

When: Saturday May 4th, 2024 

Time: 6:00 PM (CST)

Where: Chicago Marriot Southwest

Early Bird Registration: $100 per person or $800 for a table of 10 [if registered by April 15th]

Registration: $150 per person or $1000 for a table of 10 [after April 15th]

*Registration information must include all the names of those who are attending*
