All proceeds go to support the many cancer patients staying at Beacon House during their chemo and radiation treatments.

About "THE DASH"...

“My daughter, Kristin, lost her battle with this dreaded disease. Much like Walt, she battled the disease more than once.

Unfortunately she didn’t win, but she, like Walt, inspired so many people. She has passed a baton onto all of us. We have to continue to give hope an support to all those who fight.

This is why we initiated “The Dash”
a memorial fund to support a cause like this.”

Walt Kyle; a community icon, a hockey coach,
a father, husband… a cancer survivor.

For six years, Walt has hosted this fundraising event to provide cancer patients at Beacon House with support, compassion and comfort. One Less Worry during one of the most difficult times in their lives.

This year, we’ve added a 5k Run in honor of a beautiful young woman who considered Walt a mentor as she battled a rare form of cancer. She lost her battle, but like Walt, wanted to use her struggle to help others with theirs.

Please join us and support those who are fighting the fight of their lives. Your participation or donation will make the world of difference to
those entrusted in our care.
