Event Information

You are invited to Capital Humane Society's biggest party for people and pets!

Join us on May 18th as we walk, run, eat, drink and have fun with our furry friends. Listen to the music of Strange Medicine as they play everything from classic rock to country.

The day includes food, vendors, doggie created art, hot dog eating contest, radio/TV personalities Dale Johnson and Brad Anderson, demonstrations by Greater Lincoln Obedience Club, man vs. dog peanut butter licking contest, best fetcher contest, dog races, a life-sized Jenga game, Mutt Mutt Golf, Bouncey House and much more.

Everyone is welcome, with or without a dog!  Take a leisurely walk on the limestone trails.  You decide the distance or simply enjoy the day listening to music, visiting the vendors, playing games or taking in the aroma's of the Super Saver Smokehouse grill.
