Choose one of 3 routes
All routes conclude with lunch preparef by Chef Tom Wahlstrom
of Elizabeth's Chop House at Mattson Lower Harbor Park

This ride includes a light breakfast, snack stops and a lunch at the conclusion, and has a really neat twist to it!

It is geared toward addressing childhood obesity with healthy food choices and fun exercise. All proceeds will benefit young families staying at Beacon House in times of Medical Crisis.

Local Culinary Institute Chef, Tom Wahlstrom of Elizabeth's Chop House will be preparing the healthy light breakfast treats at the registration, snacks on two individual stops along the route and a light and nutritious lunch at the conclusion.

He will be utilizing a national Culinary Institute of America program called "Chef and the Child" to promote healthy eating, and will have educational information with each snack and meal.

We will also feature an inflatable slide, obstacle course or bounce house at the conclusion of the youth ride, for the young kids to play (exercise) while the other riders are concluding their portion of the longer ride, all of which is on our beautiful
Lake Superior shoreline bike path.

Dr. Jennifer Dehlin and Dr. Bryan Dixon will be joining us with their young families, and are the "faces" of our evolving medical society in Marquette & Alger Counties.

Join us for a great time and a great cause!
