This team is in honor of Jamaka, her fight, and her journey. She was known for her brilliant smile, feisty spirit, witty humor, faithfulness, and honesty. Throughout her battle with cancer, she remained steadfast in the Lord and desired to give Him glory all of her days. During her last few months, she enjoyed the opportunity to share her love for Christ with her family and friends. She was an inspiration to many. She always reminded me, even when things were at their lowest point in her life, "If I make it through this and I can help just one person, it's all worth it."
