Let's kick cancer's a$$. Can you help do that? I hate this disease and really would like someone to find a way to detect it earlier and really just eliminate it all together. Let's give some resources to make that happen.

My "Why"

This is just a small something that I can do that specifically goes to ovarian cancer research/awareness, because this disease has taken too many people from my life. 

My mother-in-law Diane passed away three years ago after a long argument with ovarian cancer. During this time I was allowed to be a part of her life by being her housemate, then joining her family and sharing in some happy and difficult times. She loved life, enjoyed a good laugh (even at her own expense), and she cherished her family, friends AND the Gophers. She gave me courage to love in a way I didn't know was possible.

My aunt Nancy passed away two years ago, fighting that damned ovarian cancer with everything she had. She was an amazing woman who knew how to make you feel like you belonged and were loved. She created space for kindess in a way that I can only hope to emulate one day.
