About the Speaker: Sakar Pudasaini

Sakar Pudasaini is a CPA and founder of Beancount.co, a full-service accounting firm supporting nonprofit and purpose-driven organizations. With over a decade of nonprofit experience, he works with organizations to strengthen financial systems, from foundational bookkeeping to strategic financial leadership.

His approach combines a relationship-based philosophy with the use of automation and technology to improve efficiency and clarity. Sakar also helps organizations integrate financial and program data to better understand cost, impact, and effectiveness—supporting stronger decision-making and more compelling fundraising efforts.
