Epilepsy does not have to be scary see how The Epilepsy Association can help!

I have been blessed to work in the Neurodiagnostic field for over 31 years, I have been on the Board of Directors for The Epilepsy Association since 2010 and helping thousands of patients and their families. Those who have delt with this diagnosis for many years or those who just recently were diagnosed. Did you know an estimated 65 million people globally live with epilepsy? One in 26 Americans will develop epilepsy in their lifetime. EPILEPSY CAN AFFECT ANYONE. Not knowing what to do and the feeling of helplessness. What does this mean for those who have been diagnosed? What does this mean for their families? This is where the Epilepsy Association can become involved. The Epilepsy Association has programs designed for helping adults, helping kids, helping the community thru one-on-one case management, epilepsy education, puppet shows, youth education, school staff education, group meetings, parental support groups, and a variety of awareness and fundraising events. Please help me raise awareness and some much-needed money to continue our efforts.
