My Personal Fundraising Page

In October, I started working again -Junior Achievement is the lucky place that gets to employ me. This means I not only get to have conversations with adults again, I also get to go to work every day for a place that makes our little section of the world better.

Junior Achievement provides financial literacy to kids from PK through 12th grade. This means we supply an education on personal budgeting, social economic considerations, and how money works in the world around us, something schools can’t always do and some families don’t know how to do. We give kids real world scenarios to learn from and students that go through our programs have higher levels of educational attainment, career satisfaction, financial capability, entrepreneurial activity, and household income.

Many of our programs are free to area students, including those in Fort Wayne Community Schools. We depend on donations and volunteers to provide this education! If you are able to donate to my bowling team, it all goes into funding these programs in this area, please give whatever you’d like (nothing is too small –or too big).

We bowl on Wednesday, 1/24/19 so I’d appreciate your donation before then, but we will accept it whenever you feel inspired. Also, let me know if you’d ever like to teach a class, we always need volunteers and it is a fun way to make a difference.
