Marian House is one of the very best holistic social services non-profit orgs in the Greater Baltimore area. Started some 43+ years ago, it has successfully resurrected almost 5,000 women's and children's lives with its focussed interactive assessments and steady provision of top-flight resources. The goal never wavers: to lead women with histories of abuse, untreated health issues, addiction, illiteracy and chronic poverty from living outside on the edge to embracing the resources needed to achieve stability, employability and independence!

Our "WAR IS NOT THE ANSWER" team fundraises for and runs/walks with Marian House to emphasize how upside-down our federal funding priorities have become. Our DoD budget, already obscenely bloated, continues to expand while human needs funding keeps getting slashed, & then slashed again.
