Hi! My name is Jessica, and earlier this year I was diagnosed with epilepsy. Before that, I didn't know much about epilepsy, but now I know how much it can affect everyday life. Some days are harder than others, and there is still a lot I'm learning. I'm taking part in the 1 in 100 Challenge because I want to help raise awareness and support people like me who are living with epilepsy. Every step I take reminds me that I'm stronger than I thought, and that I don't have to face this alone.
