Every dollar helps us help the thousands of dogs and cats that come through our doors each year. Here in Delaware, the ONLY No-Kill State, we are not only responsible for every homeless and confiscated dog that the state's Office of Animal Welfare helps, but our Animal Rescue Center, the regional transportation HUB for animals displaced from natural disasters is here, too. Furthermore, by the end of the year, BVSPCA will also serve all counties in Delaware with affordable veterinary services, low cost spay/neuter surgery services and community cat programs.
