As we gear up for our sixth "Team Three Generations" 5K at the Baltimore Running Festival, we are joined by a new team member – Jonathan! So this year, still spanning three generations, all four of us are dedicated to raising awareness and support for Helping Up Mission (HUM).

Each and every day at HUM a dedicated team is saving lives - providing hope to people experiencing homelessness, poverty or addiction. At any given time, there are 500 men on campus in various stages of recovery. Help us to help HUM serve them through their Spiritual Recovery Program, which integrates the practical needs of their clients -- food, clothing, shelter -- with their clinical, mental health, medical, educational and vocational needs, all built upon a Gospel foundation. 

Today, the need is greater than ever, and Helping Up Mission is continuing to respond. In August 2019, they cut the ribbon at the site of a Women’s and Children Center which will accommodate up to 300 women and children, providing for their basic needs and spiritual recovery.
