At 20 weeks pregnant, we found out our sweet boy, Axel, had Spina Bifida along with hydrocephalus. He is now 6 months old and is the strongest little boy I know! He has already underwent 2 major surgeries, including his back closure surgery at 25 weeks gestation. Axel has always been a tough little trooper and we know he will continue to be as strong-willed throughout his future. He has already taught us so much since before we even welcomed him into the world. We know he will continue to rock the Spina Bifida lifestyle and he'll always be stronger than his diagnosis in our eyes!
