Please join us for Ursuline Academy's Trivia Night, hosted by the Ursuline Academy Alumnae Association.

Help raise funds for tuition assistance for Ursuline students!

Since we can't be together in person, please join us virtually on Saturday, February 6, 2021, from 7:00-9:00 pm. (CST) LIVE! Get your team together, and register today!

$20.00 per player - each player must register individually before Feb. 6 at 4p.

You may register with a team under a team captain's name or as an individual who will be placed on a team.  

You will type the team captain's name into the registration information so we can place you in the same breakout room.

Teams can be up to 8 players. (less than 8 is fine too)

Make sure everyone on your team knows your Team Name!

This event will be hosted through Zoom and answers to questions will be submitted as a team after deliberation in Zoom break-out rooms.   

You'll be whisked to and from the zoom team rooms automatically after each round, you won't have to do anything but look at your screen!

It will be an extra fun night with your friends or family!

I’m an individual registrant, what do I do?

We will email you separately with your assigned team name and group so you can jump right in on Saturday!

How does this Trivia Night start?

When you sign on to zoom starting at 6:40p, you will be directed on screen to change your zoom name to your team name like this:

This will help us sort you into Zoom breakout rooms.  You will be automatically whisked into breakout rooms after every round to confer on answers, and submit your google form as a team.  Then you will be automatically whisked back into the larger group for the next round. You’ll also see each other once more before we sign off at the end of the night.

When do we find out the answers?

We will give you answers and score updates before Intermission (at 8p) and at the end of the night (at 9p) . We will play 8 rounds, 5 questions per round.

 Can my children participate?

Sure, the content will be PG.

 What do I need besides a computer?

You’ll want to grab a pad of paper and pen and keep track of your answers (and probably jot down the questions).  Then when you submit your form for answers, you can type them right in.  You might want to designate someone to enter in the answers for your team so that your team only submits one form per round.  Some people submit the form on their phone so they can watch on the computer - up to each team’s preference.

 What is the point boost?

Instead of mulligans (free answers), we are just going to add 5 points to your score for $10. One point boost per team.   If multiple players bought point boosts, we will transfer your money to enter you in the raffle instead.

 So who wins?

The team with the highest score (including point boost) wins!  There are tie breakers!

The winning team receives gift cards to Katie’s Pizza and Pasta - $20 per player

 Who wins the funniest team name prize?

Trivia Mafia judges will choose the funniest team name at the beginning of the event.  The winning team will receive UA Sherpa Blankets! (one for each player for pick up at UA)

 If I want to buy raffle tickets, how do I do that?  You can do this during the event too!

 What are some items for the prize pull?

UA Merch as well as an assortment of gift cards from Farotto’s, Laurie’s Shoes, Bellacino’s, Yucando, Wacky Warriors, and more!

 If we have multiple players at one location, is that okay?

YES!  You can play from as many locations as you want!  If you want, you might want to plug your computer into your tv with a HDMI cord so more can see easier.

This is not only a FUNDRAISER, but a FUN-RAISER too!  

We need to raise a minimum of $13,000 for scholarships tonight!
