nonPareil  is a post-secondary, not-for-profit serving adults with autism. We provide training that enables them to acquire skills that will enhance their ability to live a more productive and independent life. We focus on strengths, and our goal is to help each student progress toward their full potential. The meaning of nonPareil, No Equal, represents how we view each person who attends nonPareil. Individual differences and strengths are celebrated and built upon. Since the beginning, one of our core values is to provide a safe and welcoming environment, a community where students feel accepted and respected for who they are.

Whether you’re looking to obtain work-readiness skills, the confidence to pursue a college degree, or want to explore a career in the technology field, nonPareil may be for you. We are proud of our innovative and cutting-edge program that has proven and successful outcomes.

With over 850 adults on the spectrum helped so far, nonPareil continues to work to improve and expand our program to meet the growing demand for this underserved population

Program 

DIGITAL TECHNOLOGY TRAINING-Hands-on, small-group training in digital art, design
build, and information technology

WORK-READINESS TRAINING-Discussion based classes that build upon personal
strengths to improve areas of self-management,independence, self-advocacy, and confidence

COMMUNITY-Frequent social engagement opportunities and various social interest groups encourage connection among peers

MENTORSHIP-Staff with variety of expertise provide continuous mentorship to ensure movement towards meeting goals

INTERNAL PROJECTS-In-house projects offer opportunities to contribute
to market-release products and reinforce learned work-readiness skills and technical skills

Participant Registration Instructions

1. Use this link to register and choose where you want to participate: https://secure.qgiv.com/event/2022flutie5k/register/form/classification
2. Select how you want to participate. There are fundraising and non-fundraising options for both adults and kids.
3. Select whether you are participating as an individual or as a team.
   1. If you are participating on a team and it has already been created, you should see the name of the team. If not, search for it in the search bar and press “Join.”
   2. Otherwise, write your team’s name in the search bar and click “Start A New Team.” Fill out team’s name and amount your team plans to raise. Then, click “Save My Team.”
4. Next, fill out all your details and let us know your t-shirt size, gender, and birthdate (mm/dd/yyyy). If you want to sign another participant up, you can do this at the bottom.
5. If you would like to donate during registration, you will have that option before filling out your payment details.
6. Once, you are done, click “Complete Registration” and you will be registered. Thank you for joining us for our 2022 Flutie 5k!
7. If you are not fundraising, you will receive a confirmation email with a link to the event page. Remember to check spam if you don’t see it. Please share this will your friends and family to get the word out!
