This is my first year participating in RAGBRAI and I'm looking forward to going out of my comfort zone to complete a physical and mental challenge that I never dreamed I would be able to do. The community programs of Neighborhood House such as Meals on Wheels, After School programs for Youth and Adult GED classes and Employment Counseling provide valuable services to our community that empowers people to help not only themselves but others as well.
