We support ASK because during the most difficult time in our lives this foundation was there for us.  In 2010, when Blaze was 5 years old he was diagnosed with Neuroblastoma, after months of trying to figure out what was wrong. Hearing the words "Your child has cancer" is a parent's worst nightmare.  However, ASK was there to help us along and we are so grateful. We were told cancer free and remission were not "appropriate" words for his case.  We would never hear those words.  Thank God, the doctors did not get the last say! This November Blaze will celebrate 10 years of being cancer free!!! 

This is our 12th year walking/running this 5k.  Help us help kids with cancer!  If you can donate, please do so.  If you can join our team, we would love to have you.  This event is one we look forward to every year!  We walk/run in honor of Blaze and the rest of the kids that have had to go through this fight.  We walk/run in memory of his friends Drew and Krysten, along with all the other kids that have been lost to this disease.
