The 2023 Running for the TaTa's will be held on October 28th at Meadow Event Park in Doswell, VA.
Running for the Ta Ta's is fundraising for the Virginia Breast Cancer Foundation (VBCF) because we want to make a real difference in the fight against breast cancer for Virginians. Running for the TaTa's began in 2021 as a way to bring together the barrel racing community for a great cause. We all have had family members, friends, and loved ones impacted by breast cancer and we want to help. Our inaugural event was a huge success and raised over $10,000! We want to raise even more this year!

About VBCF: The Virginia Breast Cancer Foundation is the only state-based, statewide non-profit serving Virginians with breast cancer. VBCF's mission is to empower Virginians impacted by breast cancer through access, advocacy, education, and community action. VBCF offers free breast health education and resources; support kits for newly diagnosed patients, caregivers, and survivors; and advocates for improved health care and breast cancer research. In 2022, VBCF established a Screening and Diagnostic Services Fund to assist Southwest Virginians in financial need and plans to establish a metro Richmond/Petersburg fund in 2023.
