We are fundraising for the Virginia Breast Cancer Foundation (VBCF) because we want to make a real difference in the fight against breast cancer for Virginians. VBCF is the only statewide, state-based non-profit in the Commonwealth serving Virginians impacted by breast cancer. VBCF’s mission is to empower Virginians impacted by breast cancer through access, advocacy, education, and community action. VBCF offers free breast health education and resources; support kits for newly diagnosed patients, caregivers, and survivors; and advocates for improved health care and breast cancer research. In 2022, VBCF established a Screening and Diagnostic Services Fund to assist Southwest Virginians in financial need and plans to establish a metro Richmond/Petersburg Metro fund in 2023.
