Caracole's 2024 AIDS Walk is almost here, and I am so thankful you have clicked my link and are considering a donation! ANY THING HELPS, including reading up on current HIV Information, we are also trying to ECLIPSE (;)) HIV stigma and we do that by informing ourselves and others! UNDETECTABLE=UNTRANSMITTABLE or, simply, U=U. U=U means that people with HIV who achieve and maintain an undetectable viral load—the amount of HIV in the blood—by taking antiretroviral therapy (ART) daily as prescribed cannot sexually transmit the virus to others.
