On Sunday, March 3, 2024 I will participate in the 2024 Chicago Polar Plunge, one of the city's most popular winter fundraising events! This will be my third year taking the plunge in support of the amazing athletes of Special Olympics Chicago. Since moving to the city, I have had the incredible honor of serving on the Special Olympic Chicago Associate Board with the last year acting as their VP of Volunteering.
Being able to see the teamwork, sportsmanship, comraderie, and overall enjoyment that the athletes have at their various events has been nothing short of inspiring, and is one of the most fufilling ways I coudl think of spending my time.
As captain of team CDW, I am thrilled to bear the frigid waters of Lake Michigan once more with my incredible coworkers, and cannot wait to do it once again! Thank you greatly for any donation that will help the athletes of this great city continue to have access to these amazing opportunities!
