Calling all Junior High and High School students and teachers!
Please note: All students under 18 years of age are required to have consent of a parent or guardian to participate.
We have a great way for your school to support the community and have a blast this winter. Join us on Sunday, March 3, 2024 at North Avenue Beach for the 24th Annual Chicago Polar Plunge presented by Jackson! Last year we had more than 400 students from more than 20 area schools take the plunge in Lake Michigan and we want your school to be a part of this incredible event!
Junior High and High School Plungers have a reduced fundraising minimum of $100, and you’ll receive a free souvenir shirt, towel, and the opportunity to win amazing fundraising incentives. If your team has more than 20 members, you’ll be eligible for bus transportation to and from North Avenue Beach for the event.
Each school must designate an employee or responsible adult who will serve as team contact and point person. All students under 18 years of age are required to have consent of a parent or guardian to participate.
This iconic winter tradition helps Special Olympics Chicago/Special Children’s Charities support people with intellectual and developmental disabilities all across Chicago. Get your school sports team, club, or friends together for this event that helps our community and is the most fun you’ll have all winter!
Make a splash and sign up today!
