On Sunday, March 3, I will participate in the 2024 Chicago Polar Plunge. This is one of the city's most popular winter fundraising events! This is my second year as a Polar Plunge Captain for Saint Patrick High School and my third year participating. This is one of my favorite events. I get to raise money and support the Special Olympics. I always have an amazing time plunging with my swimming and water polo teamates, as well as my friends from school. With your support, people with intellectual disabilities have the opportunity to discover new strengths, abilities, and accomplishments.
