The past few weeks have been really hard on Eden and our whole family. We have had to wean her off of her life-saving medication because the manufacturer decided it wasn't profitable enough to continue manufacturing. We began the wean 6 weeks ago and the last day of the wean was last Friday, the 27th of September. Since the wean has ended, she has had multiple seizures and has ended up in the hostpital twice in a week. Even today, as she was getting ready for school, she started seizing and hit her head on the corner of the door frame. 

While this time has been difficult and trying, she has shown such resilience and we are amazed by her every day. She is light in this world and brings us so much joy,
