(Packet Pick-Up: May 10, 3:30 - 7:30pm @Nagel Middle School)

Late Registration and Packet Pick Up at 7 am 

Race starts at 8:30 am

After-Party: 9:00 - 11:30 am

ARRIVE EARLY ON RACE DAY

Plan to arrive 45 minutes to 1 hour early.  Make sure to check parking lot availability and road closure times listed below.  This will give you time to park, use the restroom one last time, stretch and get to the starting line with time to spare.

The festival track area will be closed to all except vendors until after the race has started.  Please arrange a meeting place away from this area.

AVAILABLE PARKING LOTS

The Nagel parking lot is reserved for vendors, presenting, gold, silver and bronze sponsors and VIPs. NOT OPEN TO GENERAL PUBLIC. 

Lutheran Church of the Resurrection: 1950 Nagel Rd. before 8:00 am

Forestville Baptist 1311 Nagel Rd. 

Goddard School: 1280 Nagel Rd.

Sea of Smiles: 1319 Nagel Rd.

Comboni Mission: 1318 Nagel Rd.

If you live close by we encourage you to walk or bike to Nagel Middel School.

PIN YOUR NUMBER TO THE FRONT OF YOUR SHIRT OR SHORTS

The FH5K is timed with a timing strip attached to your number. It is important that you are wearing your number when running. Verify your name on the back of the bib.

TO ENSURE A SAFE AND SUCCESSFUL START FOR EVERYONE

The fastest runners line up at the front of the pack. Slower runners and walkers: line up further back and individuals with strollers PLEASE stay to the side.  We will use a wave start  this year and please line up by your mile pace.   Look for signs with paces.  Remember we are using timing strips, your time will not start until you and your race number have crossed the starting line. Your race time will stop when you cross the Finish line.

IMPORTANT REMINDER

Please note that whether or not you, the parent or guardian, are participating in the FH5K…you MUST remain present at the event for the entire time your child is participating in the FH5K.  The FH5K race committee, nor the Forest Hills school district is responsible for your child during the event.

ON THE COURSE

Water Stations: There will be two water stations, the first at the end of Nagel and the second at the end of State. Please smile and thank our volunteers for helping!!

Running Courtesy: Please stay to the right on Nagel and State to avoid the faster runners returning

FINISH LINE - CONGRATULATIONS!

It is very important to keep moving once you have crossed the finish line. Do not stop in the chute, or the runners behind you may bump into you!    Continue straight ahead to grab your wrist band and enjoy tasty treats provided by Kroger and Big Apple Bagels.  And come up on the track to enjoy the After-Party and mascot and kids fun run!  Results will be emailed to you or can be found at www.timingspot.com
