I was inspired by my friends Lauren and Diego to join in on this remarkable cause/adventure.   They are both truly wonderful people who strive to do good in this world and both of them make me want to be a better version of myself. The other reason I'm taking on this endevour is due to the fact that there has not been a new treatment developed specifically for kids with cancer since the 1980s... this fact alone was enough for me to commit to the cause. With tech moving at such a rapid pace it's beyond dissapointing that we have to rely on 40 year old treatments for the childeren of today.
