Name of your favorite teacher and what made the person special to you: Mr Alex Fazekas He was my Science teacher and my Track Coach. He took the time to coach and mentor a group of young ladies. He let us know that he believed in us and during one of the toughest times in my life he took the time to sit me down and talk to me. It meant the world to me that he cared about me, my grades, my life. That he believed that I could make it through what I was going through and graduate. He considered us family.
What were some of your most enjoyable times in school? (preschool through college): English class, and Track. I started running in the 6th grade and it was such an important part of my life. It kept me focused and out of trouble.
Looking back over the years, what advice would you give to your high school self or college self? Keep going!
