Why I Walk

I walk because I had preeclampsia while pregnant with my daughter. It was a very scary experience. I am very thankful that my daughter and I are okay, but I understand that is not always the case. I hope that one day mothers don't have to fear that they will and/or their baby will get seriously sick or die from preeclampsia.
